PRODUCTION AREA
Estate-grown at La Viarte in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, in the municipality of Prepotto. The 24-hectare single-body hillside vineyard lies at approximately 150–200 m above sea level, with east and southeast exposure. The soils, of Eocene origin locally known as “Ponca,” consist of stratified marl and sandstone.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Each variety is vinified separately through micro-vinifications. The wine rests on fine lees in stainless steel for 6 months, after which the different lots are blended. The wine then completes its aging with at least 3 months in bottle before release.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Intense and refined bouquet, with hints of citrus, white peach, pear, wildflowers, and elderflower, enriched by elegant herbal notes and a mineral, slightly almond-like finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
8–10°C in a large wine glass.

Fish, cured meats, cheeses, and white meats.
