PRODUCTION AREA
Estate-grown at La Viarte in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, in the municipality of Prepotto. The 24-hectare single-body hillside vineyard lies at approximately 150–200 m above sea level, with east and southeast exposure. The soils, of Eocene origin locally known as “Ponca,” consist of stratified marl and sandstone.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested grapes are whole-cluster gently pressed without destemming, followed by cold static settling of the must and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Each variety is harvested and vinified separately through micro-vinifications. Friulano, Sauvignon, Malvasia, Riesling, Ribolla Gialla, and Pinot Bianco ferment and age in stainless steel tanks, while Chardonnay ferments in French oak barriques, where it ages for 6 months with weekly bâtonnage. After aging, the different lots are blended to create Incò.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Complex and well-defined aromatic profile, with notes of white flowers, citrus, green apple, and pear, complemented by hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and light aromatic nuances.

8–10°C in a large wine glass.
