WINES AND CHEESES IN THE CELLAR: TASTING TOUR

A guided experience featuring five wines and five exceptional cheeses.

On Sunday 8 March 2026, we look forward to welcoming you to the cellar for a tasting journey dedicated to the pairing of wine and cheese, with a selection of five labels paired with five specialities. The experience will be guided by Marco Zacchello, ONAF Master Taster and Best Cheese Maker in Italy.

The morning will begin at 11:00 a.m. with a guided tour of the winery, followed by a welcome aperitif with our Ribolla Gialla Eufem 2024.

Tasting:

      Friulano Liende 2023 with Focobon delle Dolomiti

      Unfiltered Malvasia Zija 2024 with Asiago d'Allevo DOP

      Schioppettino di Prepotto Liende 2020 with Monte Veronese DOP

      Tazzelenghe Riserva 2016 with Grana Padano DOP

      Siùm Dolce Riserva 2015 with Erborinato Blu 61

To conclude the journey, lasagne with Friulian sausage and Morlacco del Grappa cheese, for a finale that combines intensity and tradition.
