SPIT-ROAST AND GREAT WINES
A winery experience celebrating the flavours of tradition and the elegance of great wines.
On Sunday 26 April, we look forward to welcoming you to a special event dedicated to spit-roast, organised in collaboration with the Accademia dello Spiedo d’Alta Marca in Pieve di Soligo (TV). The stars of the event will be the Master Chefs, who will prepare this speciality right here on the estate, turning the cooking process into a moment of sharing and storytelling.
The day will begin at 11.00 am with a guided tour of the winery. This will be followed by a toast on the panoramic terrace with Ribolla Gialla Eufem 2025 and an aperitif buffet accompanied by Rosé Liende N°5 2025.
The experience will continue with the spit-roast, prepared fresh to order, paired with a selection of the winery’s red wines: Schioppettino Oparis 2023 and Tazzelenghe Riserva 2016, for an experience that combines intensity, balance and tradition.
